Our Plant Stories

The seeds are growing leaves that are green. Kimberly

I planted the flowers they grow in the dirt. Antoine

Our Storm Stories

I am scared and the storm is windy.

On Saturday it was a storm. I had a storm box. I had a radio.

I went back to home and the power cut.

All my lights went off and I was so scared.

When I came back there was a power cut.

At my Nana’s I had dinner and I went to bed. And my light went out! My nana’s trees went down.

The storm took the power off last Thursday when I had the ipad.  When I was doing youtube I said “Looks like it’s off”

On Thursday night the power went out. There was lightening that made the power go out and the roof came off.

The Day Bollywood came to St Francis Xavier!

Today Blue Guru came to school and showed us what it takes to be an Indian dancer or musician.  We learned about instruments like a sitar, drums and bells.  We practiced rhythms and graceful hand movements and even used our feet to imitate the drum rhythms.
